  • Are the cleaning products supplied?
    Yes, our cleaners provide all the necessary products to complete your service.
  • Do I need to sign a contract?
    No, we offer a no lock-in contract service. You can cancel your regular service at any time.
  • What's included in a regular clean?
    Dusting of all rooms Vacuuming Mopping Bathroom and toilet clean and disinfecting Kitchen clean of all surfaces and appliances Washing dishes Making beds and linen change Emptying inside bins
  • What if I want to cancel my booking?
    As long as you call and cancel your booking with at least 24 hours notice you will not be charged.
  • Do I have to be home?
    Not necessarily, if you install a key safe, our thoroughly vetted cleaners can perform your service and you can return to a sparkling clean home.
  • Are the cleaning supplies safe?
    Our cleaners use septic-safe and environmentally friendly products to ensure the safety of our clients, their pets and members of their household.
  • Are pets okay?
    Yes, of course! We only ask that you let us know about any pets beforehand.
  • Do I need to contact you for each clean?
    If you have selected a regular service, you do not need to contact us for every service. Your cleaner will arrive at the specified service time for the frequency you have selected.
  • How many hours do I need to book?
    Most homes usually take 2 hours. You may need longer for larger homes or if you would like to utilise our extra services. We can advise you on what you may need if you request a quote.
  • How do I book a clean?
    Simply call or email us with the service you require and we will organise a time that suits you.
  • How do I pay for my service?
    We will invoice you [and/or your plan manager for NDIS plan managed clients] after your service with bank transfer details. Once your payment is received we will issue you with a receipt of payment. DVA clients don’t need to do anything. We will take care of the payment process directly with DVA.
  • How do I provide feedback?
    You will be contacted shortly after your first service to ensure you are receiving the best possible service to suit your needs. You can also provide feedback at any time via email: kerri@kerri-clean.com.au
